This Privacy Policy explains how Gen Shipping Central LLC (“Gen Shipping Central,” “Model Me,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use Model Me.
This Privacy Policy applies to both consumer-facing and business-facing parts of the Service, with separate sections below where needed.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through Model Me’s website, applications, dashboards, approval flows, support channels, and related services.
It does not apply to third-party services we do not own or control.
2. Personal Information We Collect

- role assignment;

- suitability or technical review indicators; and
- recalculated scores after upload or deletion.
E. Permission and Relationship Data

- last-accessed or last-used time;
- consumer-business relationship records; and
- photo request history and messages.
F. Business Information
- business name;
- website;
- description;
- intended use;
- business type;
- integration method;
- survey or onboarding responses;

- internal request notes or reasons.
G. Usage, Device, and Log Data
- IP address;
- browser type;
- operating system;
- device information;
- access times;
- event logs;
- clickstream or usage data;

H. Communications
- support requests;

- attachments and messages.
I. Billing Information
If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, we may receive billing-related information such as plan, status, and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We generally do not store full payment card numbers unless specifically stated.
3. Sources of Information

- from your use of the Service;
- from authentication providers like Google;
- from Businesses and Consumers during permission workflows;
- from service providers helping us operate the Service; and
- from automated systems that monitor quality, access, abuse, and security.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage accounts;
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- provide onboarding, dashboards, and account controls;
- manage photo uploads, storage, deletion, and access;
- process business approval requests and consumer responses;
- enable consumers to manage approvals and revocations;
- let businesses manage customer permission relationships;
- generate time-limited signed access links;
- support requests for additional photos;
- generate personalized art and similar outputs for consumers;
- provide customer support;
- send service-related notices;
- process subscriptions and billing;
- maintain security, detect fraud, and prevent misuse;
- troubleshoot and improve the Service; and
- comply with law and enforce our terms.
5. Personalized Art and AI Processing
As part of the Service, we may use a consumer’s photos, profile information, prompts, and related inputs to generate stylized images or similar outputs for that consumer.
This processing may involve our internal systems and third-party infrastructure or AI service providers acting on our behalf.
This personalized-art processing is part of the Service and is authorized through the consumer’s acceptance of the applicable Terms of Service.
For clarity, a consumer’s photos will not be shared with other businesses for personalized art generation unless that consumer separately approves business access through the Service.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
A. Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, and AI or inference processing.
B. Approved Businesses
If you are a consumer and approve a business request, we may disclose the approved photos and approved related profile information to that business through the Service.
C. Organization Members
If you are a business user, certain information may be visible to authorized members or admins of your organization.
D. Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce our terms, investigate misuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
E. Corporate Transactions
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
7. Consumer-Specific Privacy Terms
If you use Model Me as a consumer:
A. Consumer Control
You may be able to:
- approve or decline business requests;
- view pending and active business access;
- revoke access;
- review revoked access history;
- upload or delete photos;
- respond to requests for more photos; and
- delete your account.
B. Effect of Photo Deletion
If you delete photos, businesses with current access will be limited to the then-current remaining photo set made available through the Service.
C. Effect of Revocation
If you revoke access, the business’s access through the Service ends. We do not control how a business handles content it may have already lawfully accessed, except to the extent we impose contractual restrictions or applicable law applies.
D. Account Deletion
If you delete your consumer account, we may:
- delete photos from active storage;
- revoke business access;
- delete profile data and onboarding data;
- delete related permission and request records; and
- delete the underlying authentication user where supported.
8. Business User-Specific Privacy Terms
If you use Model Me as a business user:
A. Business Data We Collect
We may collect:
- your business profile information;
- organization role and membership data;
- onboarding responses;
- approval-link activity;
- customer relationship records;
- billing and plan status; and
- service usage and analytics data.
B. Business Use of Consumer Data
When you access consumer data through the Service, you do so as part of your own use of the Service. You are responsible for your downstream handling of that data and for complying with applicable law and your obligations under the Business Terms.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in;
- maintain sessions;
- remember preferences;
- support security and fraud detection;
- analyze performance and usage; and
- improve the Service.
You may be able to control some cookies through browser settings, subject to the limits of the Service.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain account functionality;
- support active permission relationships;
- fulfill contractual commitments;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- detect fraud and abuse; and
- enforce our terms.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, backup, or operational reasons.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
Model Me is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a person under 18 in violation of this policy, we will take steps to delete it as required by law.
13. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- access personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information;
- receive a copy of certain information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- appeal a denied request.
You may also use in-product controls where available to manage your account, profile, uploaded content, permissions, and account deletion.

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Subject to applicable law and verification of your request, you may also have the right to:
- request access to specific pieces of personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information; and
- receive equal service and pricing even if you exercise your privacy rights, subject to lawful exceptions.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

15. Cross-Border Processing
We may process and store personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy becomes effective means the revised policy applies going forward to the extent permitted by law.
